The Disc Brake Kit provides an easy to install, bolt on solution for upgrading your pre-1980 Ford passenger car 9″ rear-end to disc brake performance. Our kit is unique in that it provides all the brackets and flanges that fit the three most popular sizes of the small bearing 9″ rear ends. and also check out your axle flange measurements, it should be 6 1/8″ in diameter or smaller.
When you install your kit you will have the brackets and spaces for all three of the small bearing 9″ rear ends. Each set has been individually bagged for ease of identification. The easiest way to identify which set you will use is to check the holes in the spacer plate (in bags labeled A, B, and C) to see if they align with the holes in your axle housing.
